Like everything, this has advantages and disadvantages.

On the one hand, the social websites are perfect to communicate with people all over the world, and with the ones that are near you, of course. You can use these websites to publish photos or videos that you like, and watch the ones of other people. You also can use them when you are bored, it's an easy way to get entertained.

On the other hand, the social websites are very dangerous. One of the biggest problems of kids and teenagers nowadays is cyberbullying, one of the biggest consequences of making a bad use of social websites. Sometimes it's also very difficult to maintain our private life. Also if you don’t have a private account, anyone can have access to the things that you publish.

On conclusion, I think that if you use these sites in an appropriate way, they can be very useful, but if you use them in an inappropriate way, it can be very difficult.

My favourite social network is Instagram. I like it because I can follow and see the photos and videos of the people that I like, and I also can publish my photos and videos. It’s very practical and easy to use.
